Anotace:	IEA 2018, the 20th Congress of the International Ergonomics and Human Factors Association was a great success in terms of participation from different parts of the world (scientific work was presented by researchers from 68 countries) and from different sectors (healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, design, and architecture), and technical domains (industrial design, MSDs, sustainable development, organisational design and management, patient safety, etc.). The main objective was to build bridges among disciplines and sectors and to give space to consolidated topics, together with exploring new emerging issues for the Ergonomics and Human Factors (EHF) discipline.
